True Italian cuisine takes the freshest possible in-season ingredients and obsessively prepares it as simply as possible to highlight natural flavors. If you want to try this with steak then you have to check out the Officina della Bistecca run by famous butcher Dario Cecchini in Panzano Italy. -
Tuscany Rental Car: Kemwel Comes Through with Peugeot 207 CC
Posted on April 13, 2010 | 5 CommentsAfter striking out yesterday on getting an affordable convertible for our tour of Tuscany I followed one of the recommendations from the Fodor's message board and checked with Kemwel in the US. Kemwel appears to be a sister company to AutoEurope and they still had the Peugeot 207 CC listed online. -
Tuscany Rental Car Planning and Regretting
Posted on April 12, 2010 | No CommentsFor our upcoming Italy trip we're planning to take the train most of the time but we have a few days in Tuscany where there are a number of small sights on our to do list so having a car is a must. Plus it would be cool to say that I've driven in Italy.
