As a child I often wondered why Mickey didn’t speak to me at Disneyland. As I got older I realized that a movie star like Mickey must save his energy for his performances on stage and film. With a voice like his, Mickey surely must have issues with voice fatigue.

The good news is that after what I can only assume has been years of voice coaching, Mickey can now speak directly to fans who go to visit him at his home in Toontown or at any of the other locations he frequents at the various Disney parks.
